Tallcat is indeed very tall at 6'7" and despite many rumours not totally normal. He sets puzzles using f-puzzles by Eric Fox. His first feature on CTC is The Barrel which is an Arrow Sudoku Variant. His setting video showcases how he set the puzzle Critical Mass and can be viewed by clicking the play button in the centre of the video above.
