Normal sudoku rules apply. Odd-even parity is reflected across the diagonal running NW-SE. (For example: if R6C2 is odd, R2C6 must also be odd.) The other diagonal running SW-NE must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
