There are nine 9-cell regions in the grid. Each region contains each digit from 1-9 exactly once. Each row and column also contain the digits from 1-9 exactly once. The digits on an arrow path add up to the digit in that arrows circle. Digits on an arrow may repeat if allowed by other rules.
