Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Cells containing an opaque grey circle contain odd digits. Cells containing an opaque grey square contain even digits.
