Sudoku is Searching for Secrets by SandraNala, App variant is FOG

It has to be somewhere, right? Nala knows that she will get something for her birthday and secretly searches in all the rooms. She hates to wait until her birthday for the gift reveal. Will she find her present or is it hidden well enough? Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits may not repeat in a cage; cages show their sums. A palindrome line reads the same from both directions. Each palindrome has its own color and lines of the same color are connected. A clue outside the grid indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the first digit. The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells, possibly revealing more clues.
