Sudoku is Lines in the Fog by Andy Petersen, App variant is FOG

Normal sudoku rules apply. The grid is covered in fog. Correctly entering digits will remove the fog in the surrounding cells. Each line has a distinct colour. Lines do not branch, cross, and only move orthoganally. All lines are renban (ie contain a set of non-repeating consecutive digits, in any order). All lines are “region sum” (ie along a line, each line segment within a different 3x3 box must sum to the same total (N). N may be different for each line.) All lines have a length of 3 or more. One line is also a thermometer and digits will increase from its bulb. (The bulb may be in the middle of the line.)
