Sudoku is Lumos Maxima by Yura Sitnikov, App variant is FOG

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle. Each circle occupies a single cell (so no double-digit arrow totals are possible). In cages, digits sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. The grid is covered with fog. There are two initial light sources that illuminate the darkness and clear the fog. Put correct digits into the cells to get more light (it's ok to put a digit into a cell that is covered by fog). You have 5 lives to solve the puzzle. It costs 1 life for each wrong digit entered. Note: no guessing is required to finish the puzzle. The extra lives are given only to allow for possible typos.
