Sudoku is Bridging The Mines by Florian Wortmann, App variant is LINE

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Digits joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (ie one digit must be double the other). Not all dots are given. For each line, one attached circle contains an odd digit and the other circle contains an even digit. The odd digit indicates the number of odd digits along the line (not including itself), and the even digit indicates the number of even digits along the line (not including itself). Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected. No 2x2 area may be fully shaded or fully unshaded. The circles also act as "minesweeper" clues. Cells containing a circle are always unshaded, and their value is the number of shaded cells in the surrounding 3x3 area (i.e. the up to eight cells that touch the circle either orthogonally or diagonally).
