Normal sudoku rules apply. Each blue line is an equal sum line. All digits along a blue line must sum to the same total in each 3x3 box the line visits. Different blue lines may have different total sums. Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle of that arrow. Cells separated by a black dot are in the ratio 1 to 2. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given.
