Normal sudoku rules apply. Construct a one-cell-wide snake of orthogonally-connected cells whose two endpoints are given as circles. The snake cannot branch and cannot touch itself orthogonally, but may touch itself diagonally. Additionally: All squares are on the snake; a digit in a square gives the number of snake cells seen in all horizontal/vertical directions combined, including the cell with the square - non-snake cells block the vision; the snake acts as a “German Whisper” line ie adjacent digits on the snake must have a difference of at least 5.
