All the question marks are different digits from 1 to 6 and act as a full rank clue and a x-sums clue at the same time: Full rank: considering all rows and columns as 6-digit numbers read from the direction of the clue and ranked from lowest (1) to highest (24), the question mark represents where in the ranking that row/column lies. X-Sums: the question marks give the sum of the first X digits in their respective row or column, where X is the digit nearest the clue.
