Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. A dot in the centre of a 2x2 square indicates that the two digits in its positive diagonal have the same difference as the two digits in its negative diagonal. This difference is not necessarily the same for different 2x2 squares with dots. Not necessarily all such dots are given.
