Sudoku is Alto by ThePedallingPianist, App variant is KILLER

Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply (ie place the digits 1-6, once each, into every row, column and 2x3 rectangle). Shade every cell one of two colours such that each colour forms a single orthogonally connected area and no 2x2 area is entirely one colour. Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits in the first continuous run of same-coloured cells along marked diagonals. The grid is toroidal; i.e. each edge of the grid is considered to be adjacent/orthogonal to its opposite edge. For example, the 2nd cell pointed at by the 22 diagonal clue is r2c1 (and, for the avoidance of doubt, this cell is orthogonally adjacent to r2c6).
