Sudoku is Parity Loop by Lithium-Ion, App variant is KILLER

Normal sudoku rules apply. All even digits in the grid except the even digits in the center box form a single, closed loop that moves orthogonally through the centers of cells, and does not branch, overlap, or touch itself (not even diagonally). A digit in a circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. Digits in a cage sum to the value in the top left corner. Digits in a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
