Sudoku is Foggy Pea-losophy by SamuPiano, App variant is FOG

Normal sudoku rules apply. The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear some of the fog in the grid. No guessing is required (or recommended). Shade some cells so that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, and all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected. No 2x2 region can be completely shaded or unshaded. R5C5 is neither shaded nor unshaded in the final grid. The sum of the digits on a line strictly between two circles must be equal to a concatenation of the digits in that line's circles. For instance, 3-346-1 could be a valid split pea line, as 3+4+6=13, which is a concatenation of 3 and 1. (ie One circle contains the ‘tens’ digit of that line’s sum; and one circle contains the ‘units’ digit of that line’s sum.) Each circle in the puzzle indicates the number of cells along each line directly connected to the circle, including the bounding circles, which are of the same shading as the circle. All lines travel orthogonally. Lines may not branch or cross, except at circles. Digits separated by an X sum to 10. Digits separated by a V sum to 5. Not all X or V are given.
