Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits with a 1:2 ratio (ie one of the digits is double the other). Not all black dots are necessarily given. The lines in the grid are "20 lines". Each line can be broken into one or more strings of digits which sum to 20. Digits may repeat freely on a 20 line, and even within a sum.
