Normal sudoku rules apply. X-Sums clues outside the grid (to be determined) indicate the sum of the first X digits from that direction in their respective row or column, where X is the first digit seen. White dots join consecutive X-Sums clues. Black dots join X-Sums clues with a 1:2 ratio.
