Sudoku is Rapuzzle by Scojo, App variant is OTHER

Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a single chess knight's move cannot contain the same digit. Cells that are part of the grey tower must be greater than all orthogonally adjacent non-tower cells. Note: any cell that the tower even partially covers is considered a tower cell. Every group of 3 cells along Rapunzel's hair must contain one low digit (1, 2, 3), one medium digit (4, 5, 6), and one high digit (7, 8, 9). Note, for the avoidance of doubt, that Rapunzel's hair begins in row 4 column 2.
