Normal Sudoku rules apply. The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals clues in the surrounding 3x3 area. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (ie one is double the other). Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given. Digits in big white circles (quads) must appear in the surrounding 4 cells. Digits in a grey circle must be odd. Divide the grid into “galaxies” ie orthogonally-connected groups of cells that have 180 degree rotational symmetry about their centres, and do not overlap with other galaxies. All cells must be part of a galaxy. The digits in each galaxy do not repeat and sum up to 27. All circular clues (dots, quads, grey circles) are centres of galaxies. All centres of galaxies contain a circular clue.
