Sudoku is Halfway There by James Sinclair, App variant is OTHER

Normal sudoku rules apply. Exactly one cell in each row, column, and box is a 'halver', and halver cells contain a complete set of the digits 1-9. The value of a halver cell is equal to its digit divided by two. The sum of the values inside each cage is shown, and digits cannot repeat within a cage (but values can). The sum of the values along an arrow equals the value in the connected circle. Values on thermometers strictly increase from the bulb. Values in cells separated by a V sum to 5. Values in cells separated by an X sum to 10.
