Normal sudoku rules apply. The 3x3 box borders divide blue lines into segments. The digits on each segment of the same line must sum to the same total. eg r4c9 + r5c9 + r6c9 = r7c8 + r7c9. Digits in cells joined by a yellow dot are not consecutive.
