Sudoku is Quadrants by Daniel Hanson, App variant is OTHER

Normal sudoku rules apply. The grid is divided into four quadrants. Each quadrant obeys a constraint, and no constraint extends outside of its quadrant. In the NW quadrant (boxes 1, 2, 4, 5), cells separated by a single knight’s move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit. In the NE quadrant (boxes 2, 3, 5, 6), where two cells are separated by a black dot, the digit in one cell is double the digit in the other; all possible black dots for that quadrant are given. In the SW quadrant (boxes 4, 5, 7, 8), where two cells are separated by a white dot, the digit in one cell is consecutive with the digit in the other; all possible white dots for that quadrant are given. In the SE quadrant (boxes 5, 6, 8, 9), digits separated by a V sum to 5 and digits separated by an X sum to ten; all possible V's and X's for that quadrant are given.
